i'm leaving DA
SadnessMoved Deviation: Tartan
was moved out of the artistic nude gallery ,claiming that it does not belong there...
i looked at the gallery,some of the pics there dont even have nude in them but no one moved them.
another one:
Moved Deviation: Let your hair hang down
was moved after two years of being there,admin said that it's not nude....
what took 2 years to do that?
and why are there images that are less fitting that stay?
the third:
Moved Deviation: idea for a bookmark
was moved after almost 3 years ,they said something about the size being too small...
well ,i've seen much smaller images in that gallery,left alone by the admin.
when i asked the person in charge why i was told the the volunteer "expert" knows what they are doing...or something like that.
how does one become an expert in artistic nude?......
and how do they do that without being able to recognize nudity?
well...the answer i got was not an answer a paying costumer should get.
so i will not keep paying for my sub'.i will not pay to be treated this way.
my art is not a toy to be played with,it should not be belittled ,i should have a say.
no one but me should be allowed to define my work.
i will not pay DA any more unless this is resolved to my satisfaction.
if nothing is done in the next few weeks i will be leaving DA.
it's sad,having to leave you guys,my friends.but can't be treated like this,and patronised .
it's sad that 4 years as a part of this communitty should end like this,but my art should be treated with respect ,i should be treated with respect and if it does not happen here- i'll take it somewhere else.
no more the advocat for DA i used to be.
sorry if i have not commented on your art ,i have not been in the mood to be a part of this place ,as you can imagine.
